Intellectual Property
Our platform, branding, and technology remain our property. Subject to these terms and your subscription, you retain rights to content you create using the service. We do not claim ownership of your generated images.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NamO Academy Studio and its providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
